- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst Experience Ever at this Olive Branch location. The youngest female who works there , will make a simple process more complex, I have seen customers avoid her by all means.She will "complicate" the hell out of things . The only friendly people who works there are the lady who manage the location, and the other older lady with blue eyes. I had to drive to Southaven tax collector to register my vehicle, with same documents no question asked, took less than 5 minutes. If you every want to register your vehicle, go to Southaven location, they are friendly and fast and make a simple process more effective instead of complicating it. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Overall nice staff. I have visited twice, once to pay taxes and once to have tag switched from another state. I worked with a lady named Amanda who was very kind and very helpful.
